Alexandra Christodimou and Yannis Petridis duet, following the traces of Alexander Lagoya & Ida Presti or Liza Zoi & Evangelos Assimakopoulos (the latter having been their teachers), present their second album named Mediterranean Echoes.

The recording includes works of composers from Mediterranean countries; Joaquin Rodrigo and Manuel de Falla from Spain, Pierre Petit from France, Luigi Boccherini and Mario Gangi from Italy, and Kostas Grigoreas from Greece. It is a journey full of the colours, the perfumes, the sunshine and the overcast, the joy and the blues of the well-known and beloved Mediterranean landscapes. Our capable guide on this journey is that charismatic duet and their daring yet successful arrangements (Fandango - Boccherini, Adagio - Rodrigo), along with the first performance of Kostas Grigoreas’s Soundtracks.
